ASSESSMENT

FMR values the importance of evaluating the musculoskeletal system for the purpose of creating a more personalized program

Our Approach

Comprises over 50 joint range of motion (ROM) measurements throughout the body to better understand the tolerances and tracking of the joints. Such attention to detail hones in on where the body is currently experiencing movement imbalances.

Any joints outside the appropriate tolerance is restored to the accepted ranges via the use of corrective stretches and exercise. These stretches and exercises create the foundation for an individualized program.

Breathing & Functional Movement Evaluation

Involves visual analysis of ones breathing pattern, as well as their ability to perform the fundamental movement patterns; Hip-Hinge, Squat, Lunge, Push, Pull, Anti-Rotation/Core, and Gait.

Data collected in this assessment will create a foundation for creating a clients individualized program.
