As co-owner of FMR Fitness & Wellness, Kyle's vision is to help all individuals improve their overall quality of life through a holistic approach to care. Kyle looks to not just address the symptoms, but also the cause of the symptoms. Such an approach hones in on the body being one system. His programming aims to restore the body through the use of breathing principles, body realignment, and education on proper execution of fundamental movement patterns.  

 

Kyle completed his undergraduate studies at SUNY Cortland, where he received a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. Kyle maintains a certifications in human movement and biomechanics as well as orthopedic assessments through DBC Fitness. In addition, he is certified in Myofascial Decompression in order to assist in soft tissue recovery.

 

​Over the years, he has had the opportunity to assess and correct a variety of clients including; general population, senior population, athletes of all ages, clients experiencing chronic pain, post rehabilitation clients, and novice to exercise. ​Kyle views the body as one working unit that through scientific movement analysis, can be restored to optimal function.
